Practise recognising conflict, de-escalating situations and responding to physical threats. Courses can be arranged privately, for companies or for clubs. Training is also available in Mallorca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The course combines clear communication, creating distance and simple self-defence techniques. Practical exercises help you explore your options. The focus is on avoiding dangerous situations where possible and finding a way out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I am a self-defense trainer and among others, trained in Muay Thai boxing, K-1 and all-fight jitsu. My self-defense courses are conducted in small groups of up to 16 people \u2013 in Germany and Mallorca. Current dates are available on request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Exercises are introduced step by step and adapted to the group. We practise assessing situations, asking for help and responding under pressure.
