I combine personal guidance with my education in fitness economics, prevention and health management. I am also a martial arts coach and self-defence instructor. My focus is on training that suits you and can be put into practice in your daily life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How we get started<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. Free consultation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We discuss your goals, available time and preferred training location. You learn which type of support may be right for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Personal planning<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you decide to work with me, we review your starting point and agree on the training frequency and priorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Training and regular reviews<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You train with personal guidance. Regular feedback helps us adapt your programme to your progress and schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prices and training locations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In-person personal training is \u20ac150 per 60-minute session when starting before 11:30<\/strong>, and \u20ac130 when starting at or after 11:30<\/strong>. Online personal training starts at \u20ac100<\/strong>. All prices include 21% IVA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
