Get started together<\/h3><p>During an onboarding session of up to 60 minutes, we discuss your goals, training options and schedule, and set up the training app together. I then create your individual training plan.<\/p><\/article><article class=\"card\"><h3>2. Train independently<\/h3><p>You complete your sessions independently using your plan. The app helps you follow your programme and record your training and progress. We agree on frequency and duration to suit you.<\/p><\/article><article class=\"card\"><h3>3. Share regular feedback<\/h3><p>Usually on Fridays, you send feedback through the app: which sessions did you complete, what worked well and where did you struggle? I use your feedback to adjust your plan when needed.<\/p><\/article><article class=\"card\"><h3>4. Discuss your questions<\/h3><p>If you would like, we arrange a weekly live call of up to 30 minutes to discuss your questions and training progress.
